1. Find the welcome email that contains your login details.
Look for an email with the subject line Welcome to your DCBank Prepaid Visa.
This email is important because it includes your initial login credentials and access instructions for the online portal.
2. Open the login page using the link provided in your welcome email or by entering the correct portal address in your browser. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/)
3. Enter your Customer Number and temporary password from the welcome email, then select Login.
4. When you log in for the first time, you will be prompted to reset your password. Enter your new password, confirm it, and then select Save Changes.
Note: Password must be at least 12 characters, and include one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.
5. You will be prompted to select your Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method. 2FA is a secondary password required to log in every time.
- If you choose to receive the 2FA by SMS/Text, click the link that says “Does not have Authenticator? Click here”. Enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account, then click Next. Make sure the phone number does not contain any spaces or special characters, and do not include the country code +1. A 6-digit code will be sent to you by SMS/Text. Enter the code in the 2FA fields, then click Verify
- If you choose Google Authenticator, you must set up the app first. After setup is complete, open the app to obtain the authentication code, enter the code in the 2FA fields, and then click Verify.
6. A confirmation window will appear after your password has been reset successfully.
7. Click Close, then select Go Back to return to the main login screen. Log in again using your Customer Number and new password.
