Open the Liberty application or go to the online portal sign-in page using a web browser. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/ )

Enter your customer number and password, then sign in.

When prompted, select your Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) method. You can use Google Authenticator, or you can receive your 2FA code by SMS by selecting Does not have authenticator at the bottom of the screen. Before choosing SMS, make sure the phone number we have on file is up to date. Enter your phone number exactly as requested, without spaces, special characters, or the country code.
- After you sign in, go to the dashboard or home page.
- Locate the available balance displayed on the screen.
6. If needed, select View Transactions to review recent activity and better understand the balance shown.
7. When finished, sign out of the portal.
