- Go to the Online Portal sign-in page and sign in using your customer number and password. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/)
2. Once you are signed in, under Card Management, choose Change PIN
- Enter the last 4 digits of your card number, then enter your new 4-digit PIN.
- Select Change PIN to submit your request.
- If your request is successful, your PIN will be updated immediately.
Important:
- A fee may apply each time a PIN change is requested. Before starting, please have your Online Portal sign-in details and the last 4 digits of your card number available.
- 1st transaction following a pin change may fail. Try a 2nd transaction.
Note: Once your PIN change has been completed successfully through the Online Portal, you will receive a confirmation email.
