To change your PIN by phone, you can use the automated IVR system.
- Call 1-888-270-3091
- Enter your phone number, the last 4 digits of your card, and the month and day of your birth.
- Select option 3 for PIN Change.
- When asked for a Temporary Control Number (TCN), press 1 if you do not have one. Then press 1 to receive it by text or 2 to receive it by email.
- If you already have a TCN, press 2.
- Enter the 6-digit TCN followed by *, then enter your year of birth.
- Enter your new PIN.
- Enter your new PIN again to confirm.
- Once the process is complete, your PIN will be updated.
Important: A fee may apply each time a PIN change is requested. Before calling, make sure you have your card details ready and access to the phone number or email where your Temporary Control Number (TCN) will be sent. After your PIN is changed successfully, your next transaction may be declined. This is normal. The transaction after that should process normally.
