Go to the Online Portal sign-in page and sign in using your customer number and password. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/ )

Once you are signed in, under Card Management, choose Transfer Money
3 . Sending an e-Transfer
- Once the recipient has been added, you can proceed with sending the e-Transfer:
- In the From field, select the wallet account you would like to send funds from.
- In the To field, enter the recipient’s name and select them from the list.
- Enter the transfer amount. Do not include the dollar sign ($) or commas. The maximum daily e-transfer limit apply.
- Choose your preferred notification method (Email or SMS).
- Create a Security Question and Security Answer, then re-enter the answer in the Confirm Security Answer filed
- Message field is optional.
- Click Continue to proceed.
4. Review and Confirm your Transfer
Verify all transfer information, including:
- Recipient details
- Transfer amount
- Account information
- E-Transfer applicable fees
Once you have confirmed everything is correct, click “Confirm” to continue. A “Proceed with Request” window will appear. Click “Proceed” to complete the transfer.
A window will appear once your e-transfer has been sent successfully.
Note: Once the transfer has been successfully submitted, the Interac system will begin processing the transaction. It may take up to 30 minutes or longer for the e-Transfer notification to be delivered to the recipient.
Please advise the recipient to monitor their email inbox or mobile phone for the e-Transfer notification.
