1 . Open a browser and enter the appropriate portal link below.
Use: https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/.
2. Enter your Customer Number and password, then select Login.
3. You will be prompted to select your Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method. 2FA is a secondary password required to log in every time.
- If you choose to receive the 2FA by SMS/Text, click the link that says “Does not have Authenticator? Click here”. Enter the 10-digit phone number associated with your account, then click Next. Make sure the phone number does not contain any spaces or special characters, and do not include the country code +1. A 6-digit code will be sent to you by SMS/Text. Enter the code in the 2FA fields, then click Verify
- If you choose Google Authenticator, you must set up the app first. After setup is complete, open the app to obtain the authentication code, enter the code in the 2FA fields, and then click Verify
4. After you click Verify, you will be logged in and able to view your account.
