Customers have the ability log in and setup recurring e-Transfers. Threshold may be created and funds may be auto-sent via e-Transfer. You may setup so that automated e-Transfer send when the account reaches a certain balance or you may auto-send all funds in the accounts. Please consider that account daily send limits and applicable fees apply.
When this feature is enabled, you may expect the e-Transfer to auto-send within 1 business day.
Set Up a Recurring e-Transfer
- Sign in to the Online Portal using your customer number and password. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/login)
2. On the left side of the screen, tap or click the menu (the red panel). Under Move Money, select Transfer Money.
3. Select Send Recurring.
4. Select the recipient under To. Enter the transfer amount, choose the payment frequency, then set up the security question. Select Create.
*If this is your first time setting up recurring e-Transfer, select Add new Payee.
5. Verify your identity using two-factor authentication. You can receive the one-time passcode (OTP) by text message or through Google Authenticator.
6. Review the details, then confirm the setup.
