- Go to the Online Portal sign-in page and sign in using your customer number and password. (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/login)
2. On the left side of the screen, tap or click the menu (the blue panel). Under Move Money, select Pay Bill. If this is your first time paying a biller, select Add New Payee.
3. Select the wallet account, then Select the Biller you want to pay. Enter the payment amount, payment frequency, and payment date. Select Make a Payment.
4. Review all the information carefully. Select Confirm Payment
5. Take note of confirmation or reference number.
Important Reminders
- Make sure your account has enough funds before submitting the payment.
- Double-check the account number to avoid delays or payments being applied incorrectly.
- Some bill payments may take 1 to 3 business days to process.
- Always keep your confirmation number until the payment has been posted by the biller.
