Open the online portal sign-in page (https://prepaid.dcbank.ca/login) and log in using your Customer Number and password.
- Complete the two-factor authentication step
Once you are signed in, look at the menu on the left side of the screen. Under Card Management, click "View Virtual Card".
On your screen, you should see your virtual card in the middle. To view your full card number, look below the card image and click the blue "View Card" button.
- After clicking the View Card button, you will see your full virtual card details including your name, card number, expiry date, and billing address, and if you’d like to copy your card number or address, simply click the small copy icon (it looks like two papers) beside the information to easily paste it where you need.”
To see your security code, please look below your card and click the blue button that says ‘View CVV’, and your security code will appear
Use these details for online purchases or when adding the card to your digital wallet, if needed. When you are finished, log out properly by selecting the logout option in the portal to help keep your account and card information secure.
Important: Keep your card details private and do not share them with anyone unless you are completing a secure purchase or wallet setup.
