- Check your email or text message for the Interac e-Transfer notification.
- Choose DCBank as financial institution.
3. On the next screen, click on “DCB Prepaid” – select DC Prepaid
4. Sign in to your Online Portal.
5. Click “Accept” to proceed with receiving the Interac e-Transfer.
6. If asked, answer the security question exactly as agreed with the sender.
- Review the details and confirm the deposit.
- Once completed, you and the sender will receive a confirmation that the transaction was successful.
If You Have Autodeposit
If your email address or mobile number is registered for Interac e-Transfer Autodeposit, the money is usually deposited automatically after routine fraud checks. You will receive a notification confirming that the funds were deposited, and you will not need to answer a security question.
