- Log in to your online portal using your customer number and password.
2. Complete the two-factor authentication step
3. In the main menu on the left side of the screen, under Card Management, select Request Card
4. After clicking Request Card, choose Order a Replacement Card if your card was lost, stolen, damaged, or never arrived, or choose Order a New Physical Card if you only have a virtual card and want a physical one.
5. Review your mailing address and make sure it is correct before submitting your request.
6. Confirm the request and follow any on-screen prompts to finish.
Important Information
- A card fee may apply each time a physical card or replacement card is requested.
- Your card should arrive within 10 to 15 business days after your request is completed.
- You will continue to have access to your virtual card in the portal while waiting for your physical card, if your account is eligible.
