The ATM did not dispense any cash but the funds have been taken off my balance.
Generally, ATMs that fail to dispense cash will reverse the approved transaction amount back to the card but occasionally the reversal process fails.
Why can't you credit the funds to my account right away?
DCBank does not manage the ATM nor do we have access to the ATM records to validate the transaction status. An ATM Trace should be initiated. Once we have the funds, we can place it back onto your card. ATM traces typically require up to 30 days to complete. Trace requests may be submitted to customersupport@dcbank.ca or by phone at 1-877-275-1374.
