I have fraudulent activities on my card. What do I do? What's the process?
Since your card has been compromised, we will disable your card for your security and protection. In order to recover any funds related to unauthorized transactions, you will be required to complete a chargeback form. Forms my be submitted to customersupport@dcbank.ca.
Once received, we will forward your chargeback claim to Mastercard or Visa for investigation and we will make an attempt to recover the funds from the merchant. The investigation may take up to 120 days to be completed. We will make all the effort to recover the funds from the merchant but please be advised that there is no chargeback guarantee.
