I have multiple wallets and/or cards, how to I bring them all together?
Occasionally, Digital Commerce Bank will issue additional accounts rather than servicing the existing account. This causes challenges as existing cards may not be able to access the new wallet or account. Account consolidation can bring all funds into one wallet or account.
In order to consolidate into one account, all other accounts must be closed. Complete an account closure form for each account that is no longer required. Submit them to customersupport@dcbank.ca and indicate the account to which the funds should be transferred (the main account) in the request. Once received, the requested accounts will be closed and funds will be transferred to the main account.
